Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. 

This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all. 

Experts say that you need eight full glass of water each day and you should. This is not to say to that you absolutely need 8 glasses of water each day. You do have water intake in the foods that you each during the day (vegetables, fruits, etc.). 

In the next few days we will reveal how you can better start your day and your body with just water!
